Agricamping Fiori di Noto

The area around Agricamping Fiori di Noto is a history buff’s dream: start with Noto to traipse its stunning streets, poke around Palazzo Ducezio and Palazzo Nicolaci, and pay a visit to the spectacular cathedral, then venture out of town for the Roman Empire-era Villa Romana del Tellaro (all within 15 minutes' drive). You can also use Fiori di Noto as a base for exploring the eight late-Baroque cities of the Val di Noto, one of Italy’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The scenic Palazzolo, Modica and Scicli (and Noto, of course) are within an easy hour’s drive, and Ragusa, Catania, Militello Val di Catania and Caltagirone are only a little bit further. Sticking with the urban, a trip to the port city and provincial capital of Syracuse (35 minutes) is a must. Have a wander around Ortigia Island, get to grips with the physics of Tecnoparco Museo di Archimede, skulk through the Roman ruins and Neapolis Archaeological Park, then treat yourself to tours and tastings at the Azienda Agricola Pupillo winery. For a nature-filled day, head to the Vendicari reserve or Cavagrande del Cassibile, both less than 30 minutes from Fiori di Noto.
