What customers say
Praised for friendly staff, handy location, and nice park/pool. Pitches generally spacious & quiet. Many liked the playground. Some noted dated/unclean facilities, pitch mix-ups, poor signage, and little check-in info. A few had power/hot water issues.

Disliked I will never visit this site again and I suggest no one does. The owner is the most rudest man I have ever met, my 3 year old son was hit 3 times in the pool and had to leave. The pool isn’t managed at all it’s a free for all dangerous place for kids. I tried telling the owner and his response was don’t care not my problem..
So because the pool wasn’t managed a load of teenagers were eating food in the pool which made it closed the next day.
There was a mounting of rubbish at all bins.

Liked Great stop on the way to Switzerland. Lovely restaurant, park and pool.
Disliked Facilities could be a little cleaner and were a little dated.
Our allocated pitched was taken when we arrived which meant a trip back to reception to let the staff know. Policing of this could be better.
Signage of where water, bins and waste disposal could be more visible. This saves lengthy walks round the campsite, to try and locate them or staff.
Entry to campsite is poor and there was no information to explain that you couldn't drive directly into the site but had to park the car first and then enter on foot.

Liked Friendly check in. The park for the kids was quite good. Bread in mornings. I recommend you use the water park in the middle of nancy, amazing place and thermally heated anf also a 50m pool outdoor etc - €20 family of 4.
Disliked The pitch was quite muddy. Not enough stone etc. We had no sun and everything was just wet and muddy around the van all the time. It was quite far out of town, we knew this but if youre walking.... its miles away and a massive hill back up. It's normal for summer but €44 for a family of 4 just felt a bit steep for a site in the middle of nowhere. Stayed 2 nights, just passing through.
