Kickstart the day with a gentle stroll around Adelaide Botanic Garden (15 minutes) to check out the rare blooms, or up the fitness regime and get your hiking boots on for serious schleps up Mount Lofty (20 minutes) or Skye Lookout (10 minutes) for views over the city to St Vincent Gulf. And foodies, you’ll probably be in heaven here too. You can feast on samples from the gourmet stalls in Adelaide Central Market (five minutes), or pick up dim sum and noodle soup from the surrounding street-food cafés. If you’d like to taste some local wines, head up into the Adelaide Hills to vineyards around Hahndorf (30 minutes), a town with German architecture and a rep for artisan food and drink stores.

Sites

A cable measuring at least 6 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the lockbox located outside reception building.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Open fires are prohibited.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Reception

Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/11 and 31/03 and between 01/04 and 31/10.

The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
