Liked: Site was lovely and clean with 2 parks for the children. We stopped in a pod and it was worth the money & had heating which warmed the space up quickly. Toilets were clean.
Disliked: Would be good if there were a local shop on site.

Would be a fantastic site if the swimming pools are open for use.

Liked: The location was great, Narberth has plenty of places to eat & a great supermarket. The site is really nice, spread out and great privacy hedges inbetween plots. It has lots of green space & 2 playparks for young children
Disliked: -The swimming pools are not in use but the site advertises with them open!! -Only one rubbish area at the entrance -The bin in the toilet was left overfull for over 2 days (it had dog poo bags in it too) - No soap in the toilets, I told the male cleaner and they were still empty 2 days later - Male cleaning attendant didn't clean until 0830-0900. When most people wanted to use the showers/toilet - Poo stains on the toilet wall - I wrote a complaint re: false advertising (swimming pools are not in use)and have not had any response. Staff at the site were not interested, I was told to speak to a young man who did not acknowledge or accept that they are advertising the site falsely. He just expected us to drive to the sister site to pay to use the swimming pool

Liked: The pod was great. Warm and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive. Narberth town centre in walking distance.
Disliked: The only gripe was the pool was out of action which meant we had to travel to the sister site.

Liked: Great generous gravel pitches, with beautiful views. The club house is very smart and the grounds are excellent. Just a ten minute walk into Narbeth. A really good site

Liked: Lovely campsite .
Disliked: Showers and toilets very dated. A long way to walk from pitch. Not very clean and the shower button had to be held in place just to get wet. They encourage dogs but no dog bins in the camp.

Liked: The food in the restaurant was nice but had limited menu.
Disliked: The ladies toilet facilities were blocked, which we reported to reception. The same happend the following day which is when they closed the toilets. On the third day the gents filets were blocked. Not what we expected for this campsite. The pool was as also closed for repairs.

Liked: Open space. Good hand dryers in the toilet.
Disliked: Only 8 toilets in one block (4 gents / 4 ladies) for all the pitches. Toilets constantly blocked due to poor flushing system. Reported and plumber rodded the toilets but still the toilets blocked again. Outdoor swimming pool that was advertised was not in use. However not advised when booking through pitchup. Quite expensive as it cost £40 per night for the pitch

Liked: The site itself was lovely, the main reception was clean and the club house looked nice. The pitch was flat and hookup and water was close by. Close to Narberth town. Male reception staff very helpful.
Disliked: The toilets and shower block was dated and at times very unclean. For example, toilets blocked and tissue paper on floor, no bin bag in bins. Only one toilet out of 4 in the ladies was useable, the rest were blocked and overflowing with tissue and poop. Walked to club house toilets as they were clean. The showers had dirty items left in them. Clubhouse - menu limited and expensive and did not serve breakfast. Female reception staff member was not helpful about local area. Pool areas advertised on website and welcome pack, but were empty of water and not in use.

Liked: A few parks for the kids. Really clean site. Great toilet / showers. Friendly staff. Very peaceful.
Disliked: Neither pool was in working order this was a big part of why we booked so it would have been good to know in advance. No onsite shop for essentials.
