Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked: Large pitches and very quiet. Facilities quite basic but very clean and adequate. We stayed mid September 2024 and there were only three pitches taken up. There was a field for walking our dog, which was handy.
Disliked: Whilst it's lovely that this campsite is quite secluded down narrow country lanes, it isn't easy to walk anywhere like a pub or village (or maybe it is and we just couldn't work it out).

Liked: Everything you need is there, the site is peaceful (except for a noisy owl!), the pitch was level and hard standing. I would definitely stay here again. The shower was a futuristic electric one. No pressing buttons to keep it going. Everything was very clean. There's a nearby National Trust property that's also well worth the visit whilst in the area.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked: Interesting first night in this newish campsite. I lived three fields west of here but 40 years ago, so new to me! Great facilities, plenty of space for my one man tent and two exits. The cows and sheep a bit noisy overnight but not used to outdoor sleeping I guess. Booking and communication tip top and will use again before the fishing season ends.

Liked: plenty of pitch options as we were the only ones there
Disliked: household dustbin used for dog waste was full to the brim can only imagine the last time it was emptied. Showers were very basic along with the toilets doors wouldnt shut properly and walls made out of stirling board . waste point had a plastic manhole cover on it that you lifted using a screw that had been drilled in the top very dirty. we didnt see anyone from the camp site the whole time we was there 5 days . You just rock up pitch where you want and thats it your on your own. Considering they charge extra for awning and dog i expected a bit more to be honest.

Liked: Well laid out site and fantastic toilet block. Very friendly hosts
Disliked: Nothing! We were unlucky to arrive a day after torrential rain so ground was very wet but soon drained (we were in a tent)

Liked: Rural location and close to Llandeilo. Cleanliness of facilities
Disliked: Misleading information on Pitchup re campsite location, resulting in travelling through narrow lanes to one of the entrances, when a direct route on main roads brought us to an accessible entry to site.
