Power optional grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: The friendly staff and other residents was brilliant. The tent pitches were very close to the toilets and showers which made life very easy with young children.
Disliked: If you are looking to feel totally detached then it is worth noting how close this is to the A48. We didn't feel it was a negative, but it's note worthy depending on the experience you are after

Liked: Small site, nearby village pubs. Farm animals to visit. Friendly people. There was a small toilet/shower block. Envelope on notice board with our pitch location for when we arrived. My son loved looking at the cows and sheep.
Disliked: Our pitch didnāt feel like a pitch as such, felt like we were in a carpark space. Quite close to next van. Not really anywhere for kids to play (that we could find).

Power optional grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Easy to find location and well placed for the Brecon Beacons and the Gower. Lovely electric pitch and 3 large changing rooms with showers, toilets, sink and storage that the whole family can change in at once. All cleaned regularly. Most of the site is motorhomes, so the facilities were plenty for the amount of tent pitches. The children liked the dragon trail and seeing all the animals.
Disliked: I think it would help the family to just take prepayment the day before as the mobile card machine didn't work and the poor lady was stood in the rain. We were quite happy to pay by BACS as would most people, then got don't have to worry about it on site. š

Disliked: Arrived at site with no contact or knowledge of which pitch we were on, found a pitch which don't think was right but ah well it'll do, stayed 2 nights still no contact with any owners/ warden etc, roads were v wet bumpy loose gravel, like black tar

From the manager: We can only apologise. We always try to meet visitors on or soon after arrival. Due to recent bereavements we have not been at home as much. We are so sorry that we missed you. As regards the roadway we have had rain incessantly over the winter which has made repairing the road impossible.
Excellent site, with well stocked clean facilities and great staff.
