From the manager: Good morning,
we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We genuinely believed that the extra-large pitch in our camping field would have meet your expectations.
regarding the review about customer service, we are quite surprised, as you was greeting and welcomed as you arrived and then another member of the team kindly escorted you to the pitch when you got lost and made every effort to assist you politely.
in terms of cleanliness and facilitates review , our toilets and shower facilities are brand new and were cleaned just prior to your arrival. with the site being empty at the time its difficult for us to understand how they could have appeared unclean ?
that said, sorry your experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
