What customers say
Lovely, tranquil spot with stunning views and beach access. Hosts Bob and Megan are super friendly and helpful. Facilities are immaculate, with hot water. Great for crabbing and paddleboarding. Some prefer standard toilets to compost ones.

Intimate, peaceful, eco-friendly site run by lovely people.
Primitive grass and earth campervan campsite
Liked A small, wonderfully peaceful site with beautiful views of sea and wooded hills. Five minute walk down the track to pebble beach for swimming, another 5-10 min along shore to Hells Mouth beach. National Trust house with tea room across road. Bob and Meg are lovely people. Highly recommended.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Wow, what a view!! Just home from a lovely 3 night break. Met Bob shortly after arrival who was very friendly and sorted us out with a fire pit and wood. The kids enjoyed the space to run free with their kites and games. Eco friendly facilities exceeded expectations, were very well maintained and spotless. Short walk down to the seafront to sit and watch the world go by or even have a dip! Water so refreshing for a morning swim. Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to switch off and enjoy the stunning views.

Beautiful location, watching the full moon…
Ready tent (four person)
Liked Beautiful location, watching the full moon rise over the sea was amazing, as was seeing all the bats which came out in the evening. Really appreciated the option of the readymade tent, took a lot of stress out of the process. Very friendly owners.

Exceptional location, beautiful scenery and fabulous hosts.
Yurt (large, waterside, hot tub)
Liked We had an amazing time at the large yurt at Ty'r Felin.
The location is magical - right next to the water so you are a short walk from a swim and a matter of steps from exploring the seashore. We enjoyed watching the tide come in and out, passing birds, the odd boat and full moon rising.
The facilities are great. The yurt was fabulous, beautifully constructed, it has lots of space with a comfy bed and seating indoors and out. The camp kitchen was well equipped and there was the bonus of short hot showers alongside the washroom and v pristine composting toilet. The hot tub was a bonus! The small, cosy yurt nearby also looks fab.
Bob and Meg made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with beautiful fresh flowers and information about the local attractions. As well as hanging out at the yurt, we enjoyed walking to Aberdaron, tea and cake at Plas yn Rhiw and local beaches.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked The amazing sea views. Bob the owner was lovely and really helped look after us. He popped some extra pegs in my tent on a particularly windy afternoon to keep the tent secure whilst we were out! Thanks Bob!
Disliked It is quite a windy spot! Views make up for it!

Liked Absolutely fantastic.
Bob and Megan have couldn't have done enough for us this weekend, from our first time speaking to them to book, up until we left the site, they have been amazing!
What a place, the views were incredible, direct access to the beach down a coastal path, for crabbing, fishing paddle boarding, kayaking, or even just to sit and enjoy the stunning surroundings.. in the peace and quiet, this place is fabulous.
Bob made sure we were all set up with our campfire and tent, told us about the place and the great work hes been doing.
The shower has hot water and is spotless, as well the wash room and toilets they are spotless too.
Wild Camping at its finest.
