Setting was lovely, amenities good, close to things, dafyyd mint
Primitive grass tent campsite (eight person)
Liked Great location, close to shops, the mountains and beaches. Loved the onsite shop, and well priced rental for fire pit/ equipment. Was pleasantly suprsided theres a fully functional kitchen so could cook with ease. Dafyyd was also so welcoming and informative, always saying hello and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
Disliked Very small gripe, but the road to enter was very working farm esk (I’ve got a daily low car and bottomed out a few times, and was worried about puncturing my tyres) but this is an extremely small thing and didn’t bother me at all - not really an issue to be honest

Stay here! It’s perfect!
Bell tent (four person)
Liked Everything! We had bell tents and they had kitted them out perfectly. Not only was it beautifully done, but they had everything we could have ever needed. Electricity! Kettle, cafetière, crockery, hanging space, towels, bedding, blankets, lamps, seating, fire pit… Unbelievably well thought out.
The loos and showers were immaculate. The site was clearly well taken care of.
Have nothing to write in the Dislike box.

Primitive grass tent campsite (eight person)
Liked Great communication after booking and in advance of our arrival. We had a warm and informative welcome.
Campsite was not too busy and beautifully laid out with freshly mown plots. Really relaxed and quiet.
Eco-friendly composting toilets and showers made for a more natural experience which was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting round the fire each night.
Loved the community shop with a range of produce from sustainable sources.
Just 25 mins from Pen-y-Pass where we needed to go for a walk up Snowdon.

absolutely fantastic campsite, would highly recommend!!
Bell tent (large, two person)
Liked this was our second time visiting and we stayed in one of the bell tents which had everything we needed and more, from tea and coffee to heated blankets! the staff are all wonderful and so helpful and always about during the day. the toilets/showers are clean and well stocked as well as the shared kitchen, we had a cool box with ice packs provided and different types of milk in the fridge! the farm shop is always stocked too with drinks, lots of different veg, dairy and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! the pitches are all in lovely areas surrounded by nature, we had a private little area of the forest with a swing and they have a walk through the forest around the campsite too! it’s also very close to a lot of things, we never travelled more than an hour for days out! honestly couldn’t recommend this campsite more, we always feel so comfortable and relaxed here!

Fantastic site. All organic and enviro friendly.
Bell tent (two person)
Liked First time in a bell tent. Experience was amazing. Host met us and gave us a tour around the site, including the 24/7 pay as you go farm shop. The campsite was beautiful as was our bell tent. Kitchen was all kitted out including an oven. Everything on site was organic. Compost toilets. Best unexpected feature was the electric blanket in the bell tent! No complaints whatsoever.

This was one of the best…
Primitive grass tent campsite (eight person)
Liked This was one of the best campsites I have ever stayed at, the people were friendly, facilities clean and location was great. There is a lot included with staying here like stocked facilities (full communal kitchen, clean restrooms/showers and an on-site farm shop), easy access to surrounding areas and friendly and helpful workers. I cannot recommend this site more. :)
