Liked: Visited with my dog over the weekend, can’t fault the site as a solo traveller, owners and site warden very friendly, came with my roof tent and booked a tent pitch rather than a motorhome pitch so was on grass, was fairly level which is great, the added dog walk area was very handy too

Liked: Friendly, helpful site manager. Big open site with nice views of surrounding hills and a good shelter belt of trees which kept the cold wind off. Clean facilities and a handy dog walk.
Disliked: No shop within walking distance

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked: This is a cracking site, well managed and friendly with basic but very clean facilities. On being allocated and shown pitch, site manager explained where everything was, a few local options for food or walking into Kinross - very welcoming. Although busy with plenty of kids and dogs, site very quiet and respectful of others. Will definitely be back as an ideal base from which to explore local areas. Thank you.

Liked: The welcome and information , atmosphere, the peace and quiet even with lots of young families. The dog walking area. That dogs were on leads at all times . Cleanliness of the amenities. The both and it’s resources was great idea.
Disliked: Take away cash only. Could do with a small on site shop.

Liked: Booked for our first camping trip as a family and could not have chose a better option! A well kept grass site, level pitches with clean showers/toilet. A small play park and a woodland loop round the edge of the site that the dog loved. Welcomed on site by the owner who showed us where to pitch with plenty of space between tents. Kept himself to himself but made his presence known in the event of needing assistance. Kinross main street only a couple minute drive with shops/takeaways (also walkable). An absolute ideal stay if youre looking for a basic, clean, family/dog friendly campsite.

Liked: The large plots and picnic table , electric hook up close to pitch . Able to have a bbq and there is a central area for the kids to play with some swings. Toilet block is close by. Staff were friendly when we checked in. The facilities were mostly clean during our stay.
Disliked: For the price we felt the site was lacking. Showers are charged £1 per 6 min , we were pitched next to what looked like caravan storage and there isn't much of a view from the site. The site just looks run down. Overall for the 50+ for one night it's not something we'd do again. You can hear the roads all night too as its quite busy.
