What customers say
Spacious, well-kept site with friendly staff & good facilities, incl. play area & campers' bothy. Great for Kinross/Loch Leven. Clean & good value, but showers dated/paid. M90 proximity means some traffic noise.

Good well managed site.
Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Good large site with an easy walk into Kinross. Nice welcome on arrival, everything clearly explained. Good clean facilities and although a fair few on site it didn’t feel crowded.

Liked Very well kept plots and the warden, Alan, was really lovely and very helpful. Others at the site were respectful of each other and there was no loud music late into the night. Really good proximity to the motorway and Loch Leven. I was here commuting to Edinburgh and it was about an hour each way using the park and ride. Great facilities in that there is an iron, washer dryer and microwave available.
Disliked Unfortunately the toilet block was outdated and unhygienic. The men's showers had a fair bit of black mould. (My partner says the women's were a bit better). Showers were £1 for about 6/7 minutes which felt really stingey and was rarely enough time to feel truly clean. Also, the gate was often closed and locked earlier than the time on the sign, meaning I got caught out a few times.

Liked Lovely site, great facilities. Shower and toilets were great. Little park to entertain the little ones right next to the pitches and WiFi which was good signal.
Disliked Around the toilet block didn’t smell great not sure if it was the chemical waste and the drains and £1 for only 6 minutes in the shower

Great price and excellent value.
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked We stayed here for 5 nights. Small site but clean facilities. Pitches flat and hook ups close to pitch. Decent little park and lots of space for football and frisbee and tennis. Hosts friendly and delivered Amazon packages to our pitch. Site short drive from shops and restaurants and cafes and close to loch for walking and bike rides from the site. Great price and excellent value.

Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked This site was a bit of a surprise for us (in a good way!). The staff/owners are all friendly and helpful. The site has a lovely laid back, calm feel to it. It has a slightly retro feel of caravanning and camping as it used to be (I mean that in a positive way). The toilet/shower blocks are kept very clean and tidy which is incredibly important to us and the water was very hot for washing etc. There's a small playpark for kids with swings and a sandpit and the kids all seemed to be really enjoying themselves there. Families were gathering for their summer meetups and the large grassy areas were ideal for the family ball and raquet games going on around us. It's an authentic and honest site and we will definitely be back.
