Liked: Fabulous location, very clean and new facilities with great decor - everything we needed to hand. Cosy to come back to after climbing Ben Nevis and feeling wet and cold we switched the heater on for just an hour to warm up and it stayed warm all night. Friendly and helpful owner on hand. Would definitely return.

Liked: The place is magical! Only a short distance from Fort William and easily reached on foot (or by bus), the little cottage is almost at the shore of the Loch. It also has one of the best undisrupted views on Ben Nevis, in the morning you can simply open the door and watch the mountain. The cottage has everything you could need and the little shop in town provides everything for cooking your own nice dinners. The hosts are also fantastic, very friendly and eager on helping out with any activity ideas. Even though the cottage is found in their garden, it is very private on the side and with a nice fence. You can also make a fire in the stove, the hosts provide all the wood that you could need :) would highly recommend and totally planning on returning!
