What customers say
Lovely campsite on castle grounds. Praised for spacious, tidy pitches, friendly staff, great amenities & pub. Beautiful scenery & dog-friendly woodland walks. Toilets a bit dated for some, and occasional noise. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip!

A lovely place to stay
Power optional cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The cleanliness and size of the grounds. All the pitches were well spaced apart. Very quiet. All the staff seemed lovely. The bar and restaurant was very nice. We took pizza back to the motorhome and it was delicious (couldn’t eat it all it was so big). Beautiful location to stay. WiFi at the bar only and we cldnt get tv signal on the motorhome but not the end of the world.

Toilets were clean
Power optional cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Nice view
Disliked To many children racing around on bikes and scooters between peoples caravans and motor homes making a lot of noise quite late into the evening and again very early in the morning. This was our second time here but we will never return. Electric has to be paid on top of pitch fee with a pre payment card. We went to the bar for a drink my husband was disgusted that his beer came in a plastic cup.
