Liked: Large marked out pitches, and plenty of space between the pitches. Amazing views, best serve ever had when camping. Clean toilets and showers, never had to queue despite the site being full. Helpful owners who you could phone with questions but who also came round every day.
Disliked: Hot water in the washing up sinks would be nice, and a separate sink to wash your hands in/clean your teeth in (you have to use the washing up sinks). There is nothing provided to dry your hands. The bags of logs are generous (though costly) but very heavy to carry - they don't drop them to your pitch. Field very quickly became a muddy quagmire after rain.

Liked: The farm was absolutely lovely! As an avid enjoyer of little roadside shops, the selection of locally-produced goods was an absolute win! Also the view from the campsite is just straight from a fairytale. Love that Zoe values sustainability!

Liked: Site is beautiful and well maintained. Nicest compost loos I’ve ever used, and I’ve used a few! Much better than most ‘on grid’ campsite facilities. Zoe made us really welcome and was a super host, and the chickens were impeccable (pun intended). 10/10

Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Our family have just got home from an enjoyable 1 night stay along with some friends at Park Farm. It was our first time having a sleepover in our new campervan. Great communication and pre-arrival information. Basic but clean and well set up compost toilets, hot showers and washing up facilities. Lovely camping by the chickens which the children had fun watching. Due to us being newbies to camping with van and following a rainy week we made the mistake of parking at the bottom of the field which meant we got stuck with wheels spinning in the mud trying to drive up across the grass to get out in the morning - Ed very kindly when he was going to be off site, came down with his tractor to tow us up to the road!
