Liked: This was our 3rd stay at Haselbury Mill in less than 2 years , and like the previous visits we absolutely loved it We stayed in the vintage Montecute caravan . It is such a great place to getaway , with good dog walks nearby , and nice places to visit . The facilities are great, with a lovely restaurant and bar ,that serves a delicious breakfast. We will be back again soon !!

The Montacute 2 bedroom mobile home
Liked: We had the best stay in The Montacute (showman’s van) - it’s something different and we all loved it. Haselbury Mill is perfect - the atmosphere is lovely and ALL staff were very friendly. The breakfast (included) is unbelievably super, the sausages were a particular hit. We had Pizza’s at The Windy Miller - so so good. My son (7) finished a whole pizza - to the surprise of all the waiting staff, so that’s how good he thought they were!
Disliked: We didn’t dislike anything at all. Just a little reminder that if you plan on eating in your van you will need plates and cutlery (cups, glasses and teaspoons are provided). Also a dressing gown for the morning - as a little chilly first thing.

The Montacute 2 bedroom mobile home
Liked: Lovely location, quiet and ideal for exploring Somerset or getting down to the Dorset coast. Loads of room for kids and dog to run about and the accommodation (wagon) was roomy, comfy and had a great shower! Buffet breakfast also ideal for hungry kids and very dog friendly. Don’t forget to book and have pizzas on Friday/Saturday evening!
Disliked: Understandably but bit chilly in the morning (radiators and electric fire are included though) and you get condensation on the windows

Liked: The way the caravans are lovingly restored in keeping with history. The quirky venue. The amazing staff Beautiful breakfast. Comfortable beds. Hot showers.
Disliked: The pizza, sorry but they need less topping and mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese should not be on a pizza.

Liked: Everything, the accommodation was amazing and the facilities were fantastic. We stayed in the retro caravan and it was beautiful we were away from the main house, but it was only a short walk away to the bar and food. Would definitely go back either as a couple, family or with friends perfect for any group. Really amazing stay and really great value for the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Liked: Very quaint and Bijou, managed to have 6 people standing room only in for a coffee! Price includes that of a Full Breakfast and yes you do need to be below 5'8". You can park almost opposite so useful for arriving and leaving any items in the car to keep space in the Hut. Was warm and clean with Tea/Coffee making facilities and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Be aware that this is across the lane, and short walk (5-10mins) to the main building/windy miller for meals so have coat/umbrella/walking boots or wellies
