What customers say
This is a clean, friendly campsite with great facilities, including a warm indoor pool and a well-stocked shop. Staff are frequently praised as helpful and welcoming. Ideal for exploring Cheddar Gorge and Wells. Pitches are generally good-sized and level. The on-site bar/restaurant offers good value. Some facilities are dated, but overall, highly recommended.

Tor View primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite (no pets)
Liked Very good camping park, clean facilities, standard food at the club house. Shop well stocked with everything if needed. Loved the big pitch sizes, plenty of space for everyone. Amazing views. Great park especially for families.
Disliked Not that it’s the campsites fault, but got woke up every morning around 4ish to dogs barking, guessing from a local farm or kennels. But it went on for hours and hours! Was not great for getting any sleep at all.
Good that it has a swimming pool, however every time we tried to go with our kids, it was very packed, and its not that big of a pool, defo has more people in than what it should at one time! Never gotten a chance to go in it, so kids were disappointed about that.

Swimming pool. Friendly staff Near a bus stop…
Strawberry Field FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Swimming pool.
Friendly staff
Near a bus stop for Chedder although busses only ever 2 hours and stop around 5pm to get back, so we got an uber for £10
Disliked Listed as having live entertainment but every other night is a juke box night which is basically a Bluetooth speaker for people to play their own music… That is not entertainment.
Cold showers

You couldn't ask for more! Fantastic holiday park.
Tor View primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite (no pets)
Liked Fantastic staff, facilities amd environment.
Super friendly people and everything you could need whether you're a minimalist camper or enjoying a luxury stay.
The camping field (Tor View) offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Somerset countryside and within a short distance of decent toilet's and showers along with a laundry house and a wash up station all immaculately cleaned every morning. The Bar offers a fantastic range of drinks and really well cooked food from a very reasonably priced menu. They provide entertainment every night in some form and there's a play area for the kids. The Pool is decent, clean and a welcome addition to an already adept holiday park.
Would highly recommend for families, couples and everyone in between. Brilliant for campers and campers!

Grove powered grass tent campsite
Liked The facilities were good, the toilets and showers were clean and the pool was great for the kids. The shop was well stocked with all the essentials!
Disliked I only disliked the weather! It was 31 degrees outside and our tent was unbearable, sadly due to the position of our pitch we also had no shade at all and we have 2 young children so we had to pack up and leave a day early which was such a shame.

Shame about the noise levels
Strawberry Field powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite (large)
Liked Staff were amazing, food was great and facilities were very clean
Disliked Not sure if there are kennels nearby but every morning around 4:30 we had a large number of dogs barking for hours. Sadly getting a good nights sleep is quite important but impossible with the noise.
