Liked: Choice of places to camp, despite being a last minute booking it was nice and quiet. Beautiful views and very well kept facilities. We were offered various fields on arrival and later the owner came to visit and check all was well. She also kindly said we needn’t leave by the check out time if we wanted to do something in the area all day. Very friendly, very local site to us. Excellent price at £12.50

Liked: The location for me was ideal as only 10 miles from my final destination. It was lovely and quiet, with separated out fields on different levels which made it seem smaller and quieter than it actually is. There is a nice little pond there where you can fish, but I just sat there in the sun watching the fish and dragonflies. Reception was closed when I arrived and I spoke to the owner in the morning at my pitch before I left, so I never went into reception so cannot comment as to whether there are any shop/other facilities. I was only staying the one night, so this didn't bother me. I also had no need for wifi so didn't even search for it, hence the reason for no rating below and the same for child friendliness as I was by myself, although, I don't think my daughter would have an issue staying here at all. The toilet/shower block was clean with no issues that I saw. When I arrived, Becca came round and we spoke and she advised me of the local pubs where I could get some food. For the price, the camp site is really good and I will be using it again when I'm next down in Cornwall. The customer service that I received was second to none and it was really nice to have an owner that was genuinely chatty and interested in you.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I just wanted to say massive thank you to Becky@Hartland for welcoming us at the park. She talked us about the different places we can visit for all from young children to coastal walks/hiking etc.. She was very supportive. We will surely visit again and recommend this place to visit. Location of the pitch was amazing with beautiful views of sea/landscape. Facilities were good/clean too. Thank you
Disliked: Just the weather. But, you can’t control this, even though Becky suggested few places to visit and we went with her suggestion. The place was amazing and everyone enjoyed it.

Liked: Great views from the top field, friendly owners, clean facilities. Good location for exploring north Devon.
Disliked: Pitches are very close together in the lower fields. Luckily we were given the option to move to the top which has more space.
