What customers say
This spacious, well-kept site boasts stunning sea views and a serene vibe. Guests rave about the spotless facilities, especially the roomy showers and handy barn with free tea/coffee, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Compost toilets are clean and odour-free. Owners are noted as friendly and welcoming. Despite a few mentions of tight access lanes, the overall feedback is great, with many keen to revisit.

A very good campsite 10/10
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Nice scenery, massive open space, facilities were good and clean , showers were massive which was really good as most campsite showers are cramped! Roads are narrow so if you're towing a boat like we were it's doable but tight haha, will stay again

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked This campsite is a delight! - it is so clean and there is no much space. The owners have thought of every cute touch- bunting, picnic tables in the barn, bricks for BBQs, tea and coffee facilities. It really is a gem.
The owners are also lovely, and very responsive if you need anything.
Disliked Nothing, just having to go home 😭😭😭
A single track lanes with passing spaces to get there. Not a problem if you are ok with it.
(If the campsite was busy, there are only 2 showers and 2 toilets, so this could be a problem, but wasn’t when we stayed.)

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Great barn space with picnic tables, tea and coffee facilities and nice hot showers.
A friend and I stayed on the last day of the season. The campsite made for a perfect location after a day of open water swimming around Thurlestone and Sour Mill Cove.
Rob was friendly and accommodating, the barn space made for an excellent space to chill and eat after our busy day.
Will definitely recommend and would stay again.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Fantastic view from the site and very peaceful. Very quiet at night with great stargazing when the sky is clear. Facilities are basic, but clean tidy. The barn is a great option to shelter in when the weather turns. We will definitely be back and will bring friends with us.
Disliked Not a problem, but if you have a larger vehicle some of the roads in the area are very narrow. There are regular passing spots. One of the showers didn’t work when we were there, but the owner was very responsive.
