  • Small delightful Park of Chalets, Log Cabins & Static Caravans.
  • Situated in the coastal village of Combe Martin, near Exmoor.
Manleigh Park is our home, it's a small holiday park owned and run by us with passion to give you the most relaxing peaceful holiday we possibly can. We've not lived here very long, but we knew as soon as we saw that view along the valley for the first time, that this was where we wanted to be. We'd love you to come and share it with us for your holiday. We have a lounge area with an informal bar to enjoy a fresh coffee and home made cake, a local cider or ale maybe, or even some artisan West Country gin. The Wicked Wolf Gin is distilled just up the road at Watersmeet. When the weather's warm we bbq, when it's chilly we make hearty soups and stews and bake bread and cakes. We have an excellent 4G reception, WiFi is available in the bar area, the password changes periodically but is always written up on the bar. Our adjacent field is there to enjoy. It is gently sloping and a great place to let your dog run if you have one with you. The footpath in the lower corner leads directly to the village of Combe Martin. There is a very small children's play area for use at your own risk. Please supervise your children at all times and note that this play area is not next to the chalet. We are genuinely dog friendly (sorry no cats), with Baxter our Labradoodle making sure we cater for all our four legged friends needs. He'll even share his biscuits stored behind the bar if you woof nicely! We are people friendly too. Singles, couples, families, locals and tourists from home or abroad, all welcome at Manleigh. Please let us know if you're booking for a special occasion, we'd love to help you make that bit extra special if we can. Bubbles, flowers etc can all be there on your arrival if you'd like them. We also have a lovely local chocolatier should you want something personal & indulgent. All linens, towels and bedding are included. If you live local and have family coming to stay, book one of our holiday homes, no more bathroom sharing or awkward kitchen squeezes.

Local attractions

North Devon has so much to offer through all seasons. The moor, the beaches, the villages, all ready to be explored and enjoyed from your own private base. We are within striking distance of the Tarka Trail and numerous other footpaths and bridleways. Surfers can head to Croyde Bay or Woolacombe, paddle boarders and kayakers need just wander into the village. There are golf courses within a 10 minute drive, lots of local horse riding opportunities, ther's even an Alpaca herd on the other side of the vally, not forgetting the Dinosaur Park. Fishing enthusiasts who've stayed with us say there is excellent local angling and lake fishing. Combe Martin itself is a lovely coastal village. We have at least 4 pubs (opening hours vary seasonally), numerous shops including one that makes and sells the best fudge (in my opinion anyway), a friendly deli (the best mince pies at Christmas), mini supermarkets and a lovely bay and beach with rock-pools. The village is on the South West Coast Path offering spectacular views whichever way you walk. Within 15 Miles of Combe Martin you will find: Golf courses Ilfracombe Indoor swimming pool Fishing in North Devon Walking in North Devon and Exmoor Tarka Trail Bike hire Marwood Hill Gardens Silverdale Nurseries Ilfracombe Aquarium Lundy Island Boat trips Waverley Pleasure Steamers Theatre & Cinema
