Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked: Basic site and facilities - a field on top of the hill, with lots of space and great views across the fields to Falmouth Bay. The facilities were simple, but generally clean, the water was hot and no queues. Nothing glamorous about the site, but that is reflected in the price. Good location close to Falmouth and local beaches.
Disliked: It was windy on the day we arrived and there is very little shelter from the wind.

Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked: Great location, beautiful sea view. A peaceful campsite. Clean toilets and hot showers
Disliked: Toilet & shower Facilities a bit tired / damaged in places. Paper towel dispenser needed at the wash basin as they were getting wet / spoiled left on the side. A wooden shower tray would be useful when stepping out of the shower to keep things dry. Cold water in the washing station

Liked: Quiet with great views, good phone signal, clean toilets and showers. Good pub in walking distance and a busy stop close by for access to Falmouth.
Disliked: Not much dislike! This is basic camping, but very easy, exactly what we needed. Could use a couple of extra sinks (there’s just one) in the ladies as it got a bit congested in the mornings.

Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked: Brilliant little camp site, with beautiful views, toilet block with warm showers, drinking water and black water disposal available. It was very windy when we stayed, however with car parked behind the tent, and hedgerows giving great wind protection this was not a problem. Taxis are very good too, about 14-16.00 for a taxi from town centre. Campsite is very clean and well looked after, highly recommended Mobile phone and 4/5G is very good

Powered grass and earth campsite
Liked: Lovely view
Disliked: No marked pitches so no privacy and other campers could therefore park where they liked which was far too close to us, despite hardly anyone staying- they all pitched up close to us, (3 campers arrived after us early evening) which didn’t feel necessary given it was a very big field, it also meant they completely stole our view ( as we were only allowed to park at the top of the field). There was no hot water for washing up at all, the only warm water was in the shower ( it wasn’t hot) so you had to boil a kettle to wash up. Other campsites had better facilities for the same price. You had to drive to get to Falmouth too otherwise a very long walk.
