Liked Beautiful site, very calm and quiet. Big pitches that are separated clearly. Great toilet and shower facilities. Close to deal beach. Pub very close for drinks and a meal. Opportunity to hire a fire pit. Goats, chickens and ducks in an enclosure on site to have a look at- owner comes out and lets people feed them and pet them which was a lovely touch! Place to charge phones. Owner pops around often to check if everyone is settled and OK - felt very welcoming!
Disliked The bar and food advertised on site wasn’t open during our stay neither in the mornings for breakfast or evening meal. Seems that it only opens if it’s busy enough. We stayed on a Monday through to Wednesday - there were approx. 5 /6 groups on site at a time. We were planning to eat on site- but had to work around it. This was a slight disappointment.

Liked We had such a wonderful stay here with our two young boys (aged 5 and 7). The campsite is incredibly family-friendly with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well maintained, and easy to access.
The on-site restaurant was a real highlight. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and every meal was absolutely delicious — the homemade pizza was especially fantastic! The bar and live music in the evenings created a great atmosphere without ever feeling too loud or overwhelming for families.
What made our stay even more special was the staff. They honestly couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location itself is beautiful and convenient, offering both peace and plenty to do nearby.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend this campsite highly enough. A perfect spot for families — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Liked Dave was very accommodating! He showed us around the site including the bar, restaurant, charging stations & all other facilities they had to offer when we arrived. We brought a small puppy with us and he spoke through the nice nature walks nearby which we put to use! Onsite they had goats, ducks and chickens. The shower and toilet blocks were pristine with everything you need being there for you. The site is very close drive to sandwich and deal with amazing bakery’s, cafes and sights to be seen. We throughly loved our stay here and will be staying more often when visiting family in Kent!

Liked This was a lovely friendly campsite. We loved the goats and chickens ! We stayed midweek at the end of June when it was quiet but would happily stay at a busier time. There was a bar and restaurant in a very cute area which we would have used but as the site was quiet it was only open on our last night. There showers and toilets were clean and well kept and it was good to have a freezer for freezer blocks. There showers and campsite staff were great and always came to chat and made us feel very welcome.
Disliked There was nothing- it was a lovely campsite.
