Liked: Lovely well maintained campsite. Grounds immaculate, toilets and showers very clean and water hot. It even had its own small woodland walk. Only 15 mins walk to nearest pub in Ribchester which is a lovely village with 3 pubs serving food. Nice country walks, we did a 9 mile one straight from the campsite. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing really. Not much for children to do though, which suited us as we didn’t have any with us. No Wi-Fi again which was fine by us.

Liked: Lovely clean site with level pitches. Lots of space and beautiful views. Secure barrier at the gate. Lovely clean toilet block with individual shower cubicals that also have a sink in… really handy! Showers lovely and hot. Gorgeous woodland walk. Owner was lovely and enjoyed a chat. We felt very welcome and very safe. A digital detox with no WiFi but we knew that before we came. Phone signal good. Can’t wait to come back and explore more
Disliked: Nothing at all to dislike but a little more info about take aways that will deliver (maybe some menus), nearest pub/ restaurant, nearest corner shop and supermarket in the information centre would be really useful. But honestly it was amazing!
