What customers say
This well-loved, basic campsite offers great value. Guests rave about the peaceful vibe, roomy spots, and helpful honesty shop (fire pits, snacks, animal feed). Farm animals are a big hit, especially with families. Washrooms are usually clean and functional. No showers is a common note, limiting longer stays for some, but most plan to return. Ground can be tricky when wet.

Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Quiet, good sized level pitch, location in proximity to local shops & pubs. Clean, basic facilities.
Good for birds, sunsets, stars and starling 'Murmurations'.

Great stay
Powered grass campsite
Liked Stuart was so helpful moved us to a hard standing pitch due to the weather and helped us out with an extension lead when ours was to short.
Animals at the farm were brilliant and great for the kids and to be able to buy food to feed them as well
The honesty shop was great and had loads of handy bits if you ran out
Very quiet and a perfect get away
Just remember your wellies it is a working farm and the field can get mucky but that was a positive for our little one who loves muddy puddles

Stunning camping site and will be…
Powered grass campsite
Liked Stunning camping site and will be returning! Fire pits to hire - although we couldn’t use them due to bad weather. A well stocked honesty shop, including animal feed for their pigs, goats, chickens and ducks which is great for families visiting. Spotless toilet block and washing station.
Grass well kept and mowed. We were there in a yellow rain warning and my feet weren’t filthy when I walked across the field to the toilet block.
It’s only downside is no shower facilities so wouldn’t stay for longer than 3 nights but we WILL be returning next summer.

Animal lovers dream!
Powered grass campsite
Liked Well spaced out pitches all situated close to facilities.
The honesty shop is such a great idea, the kids enjoyed popping in there and if we had some slightly better weather we certainly would have taken advantage of the fire pits!
My youngest daughter is a massive animal lover so being so close to nature and a good mixture of animals was magical for her!
Some campsites that are slightly remote normally struggle with internet connection but all our phones are with three/smarty and we had 5G connection really strong, kids tablets was easily coping 👏
Disliked We was aware of no shower facilities so not a issue but would certainly help but certainly wouldn't put us off returning.
