Disliked: Steps to the toilets wood was slippy and wet, stones between were too low leaving a trip hazard.

Liked: Beautiful site, lovely friendly family running the site amongst their farm, perfect location, very quiet, the onsite facilities were brilliant (especially the hot tub), also lots of activities to choose from, clean and warm toilets and showers (with lovely hot water), covered washing station, sleeping next to fields of sheep and goats, and waking up to chickens at the pitch was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend this site more, we’ll be back again next year

Liked: Yet another great holiday at Irton House farm. We never get tired of the amazing views and tranquil atmosphere. Pitches are a great size for larger tents. Toilet and shower facilities are always clean and tidy.

Liked: Irton House Farm is the most beautiful, small, friendly campsite. Location is great, views are amazing and the owners are friendly and helpful. The wildlife was lovely which gave my little girls hours of fun and joy. Showers and toilets are fantastic and always clean. I cannot fault this place and we will be returning!

Liked: Location is beautiful and the toilets are so clean and well maintained. Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. The only reason to lose half a star (would give 4.5) is for the extra hard ground. We were NOT prepared, but luckily Nick had some hard ground pegs and another mallet to save our trip. The new communal building they are doing looks amazing and despite the challenge we would recommend and return. Just a warning for people booking their trip to get some extra sturdy pegs.
