  • Secure no-frills motorhome pitches in Withernsea, East Yorkshire
  • Hull ferry port half an hour’s drive and The Deep aquarium 40 minutes
  • Beach two minutes’ walk; shops, pubs and restaurants five minutes
Looking for an overnighter in the coastal East Riding of Yorkshire? For a budget motorhome stop, check into the secure parking at WithAire 251, a Withernsea microsite tucked away off the main road on a level gravel surface. Each parking bay has an electric hook-up, and there’s an Elsan point and clean water facilities in the corner of the site. It has lighting to make it easy to find your way after dark and is fully secured, with the main entrance covered by CCTV. There are shops, a supermarket, pubs and takeaways within five minutes’ walk, an amusement arcade within about the same distance and a sand/pebble beach that runs the length of the town two minutes' walk away. A wide promenade backs the seafront, centred on the town’s landmark Pier Towers, a folly built in 1877 as the entrance to the former pier. The site is also a five-minute walk from Valley Gardens, where you can catch events and concerts throughout the year.

What customers say

Highly recommended, well-run, spotless site in a great central spot, minutes from the beach, shops, and pubs. Claire, the manager, is consistently praised for being friendly and helpful. Guests loved the secure, level, hardstanding pitches with water/EHU. Quiet, ideal for short stays, many want to return.

Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked This is just parking space for five units behind a block of terraced houses in the middle of town but for us, it was a perfect spot. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops and beach, a perfect location. Andrew and Claire were very welcoming. Water, elsan and electric were on hand and just a few steps away from the pitch. Incredibly quiet at night and a great internet signal for us on Lebara. A great little site.

Disliked For us there was nothing to dislike. We knew the location, we knew there were no showers and toilets in advance.
