Liked: Arrived here on the Friday and Karen the owner was lovely, met us by the gate to welcome us. We stayed for two nights with our two young children and we loved it here. So peaceful, you can see for miles. The children loved the little Shetland pony, horses and sheep. A group of our own family arrived with us with older children and we all agreed we would definitely be coming back. Karen recommended a little pub just a 7 minute walk from the campsite itself and the lady who owns this was lovely and attentive to our young children.

Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked: Lots of space with no marked porches meant we could choose where we wanted to be. It was beautifully quiet.
Disliked: The main reason for booking here was the number of animals listed in the site description. Unfortunately there were no goats, donkeys or hens which put a dampener on it for us

From the manager: Thanks for your review, I have moved Donkey from info due to it not having it anymore, we still have goats, Hens, horses,Shetland pony, sheep and lambs, I could not let goats out in paddocks at the moment due to horse arena construction. Sorry thanks Karen
