What customers say
Friendly staff make for a welcoming atmosphere, with lots for kids to do in open spaces. Cabins are cozy and good value. While most facilities are great, a few guests noted the washrooms could use an update and better upkeep. Peaceful setting is a bonus.

Unfortunately I didn't find the staff at all helpful
2 bedroom ready tent
Liked The tent was nice and spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable.
Disliked The placement of the tent. As I was a lone women with just my dog it was absolutely ridiculous that they pitch my tent smack bag in the middle of a teens activity break. I had to leave 2 days early due to the placement of the tent. I'd asked if this could be moved but didn't get a real response until after I'd already packed up. I'm a carer for 2 family members and this was the first break I'd had for 3 years. I was totally gutted to have to cut it short due to the fact my tent was put in the middle of the path way to everything and 20ish teenagers were having a blast around me.

I felt great after a night in the countryside so close to the city.
Primitive grass and earth tent campsite
Liked Natural landscape. Friendly, helpful staff.
Relaxed atmosphere. BBQ area with seats & table football.
Disliked Looking forward to the lake and some other adventure options being brought back to their once glorious state.

Thoroughly enjoyed.
Cabin
Liked Amazing experience. Accommodation is good in cabin as they were specious. However, the bunk beds are slightly awkward to climb for adults but kids are fine with bunk beds. Surrounded by green trees with game facilities like axe and arrow shooting and zip lining. Enjoyed games by both kids and adults. Claire, Aeron and other helpers are amazing hosts. I recommend staying there more than 2 or 3 days to enjoy the area. Sea (Great Yarmouth ) is about 40 mins away.

Cabin
Liked Lovely place to stay! They were super friendly and helpful.
Shower and toilets were good, the 'kitchen' area had everything we needed.
Fresh eggs onsite were also very appreciated!
The cabin was clean and tidy - basic but that was expected. The mattresses on the bunk beds were really comfy. There was lots of space for us, although we were four adults, one child and one dog in an 8 person cabin.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay there again!
