  • A 21-acre Caravan and Motorhome Club site near West Runton, Norfolk
  • Cromer and Sheringham 10 minutes' drive; 25 minutes to Blakeney
  • Member price shown; non-members select £15/night extra or join for £69
Which is better – Norfolk’s coast or its countryside? No need to make a decision – the two come together in one fabulous package in the Norfolk Coast National Landscape. And it’s this gorgeous area that’s home to Incleboro Fields Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite. Incleboro Fields is managed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club, and it’s open to both members and non-members, with discounted rates for members. The price shown is the member price; non-members will need to pay the £15/night extra or buy a £69 membership – worth considering if you're likely to spend more than four nights at a Caravan and Motorhome Club site over the coming year, as it brings discounts at more than 140 UK Club sites plus a raft of other perks, including access to tailored caravan/motorhome insurance, discounts on days out and savings on top brands. This 21-acre site mixes up the best of both aspects of Norfolk’s scenery – it’s in a handsome hillside spot and cleverly terraced to provide fabulous views from all pitches. Wildflowers burst into bloom all around in spring and summer, and there are lots of lovely trails to stroll along nearby (particularly good news for those of you travelling with dogs…). In fact, getting out on foot is highly recommended here – it’s a 10-minute stroll to the local nine-hole golf course (which has special rates for Club members) or to the village of West Runton, with its pub, tearoom, bus stops and railway station. A 25-minute walk takes you to West Runton beach, or it’s 10 minutes’ drive to Cromer or Sheringham. Facilities at this site have been nicely thought out: you’ll have access to a play area and bike hire as well as laundry and washing-up areas and modern bathrooms with accessible facilities.

What customers say

Great, clean, friendly site! Good facilities, village access. Well-spaced pitches for families/couples. Free Wi-Fi & mobile signal can be weak. One guest felt unfairly reprimanded. Issues with locked men's accessible toilet/shower. Many want to return.

Liked Beautiful, clean campsite. The views were gorgeous. The pitches were spaced out well. This site had so many bathroom, washing up stations that we never had to queue. The bathrooms were very clean. The kids playground was really nice and our kids loved hanging out in there. Lots of open space to ride your bikes around. The horse sanctuary was really nice and only a ten minute walk away. Near everything. A great location to set up a lovely base. We will definitely go back again.

Disliked Our friends caravan step broke and they got a new one from the local camping shop (which is fab and only to the left after leaving the site) they went to throw the old plastic ones in the recycling large bin and was basically told off for trying to put it in there. There was no sign up to say this couldn’t be thrown away or recycled and our friends were made to feel a bit crappy over this. Was a shame as this was just before we were leaving and everything had been lovely up till that point. The way the lady spoke to them over it could have been handled a bit better.
But we would still definitely stay again

Liked Large family and dog friendly site. Great location close to lots of really good amenities. Cheerful and helpful staff. It was very busy (May Bank Holiday weekend), but we still managed to find a little wooded glade to setup in. Nice and quiet at night. Plentiful toilet blocks which were very clean and well maintained.

Disliked Very minor issue. The Wifi wasn't reliable and dropped in and out a lot. But shouldn't really complain as it was free and we were on holiday.

Liked Absolutely loved it, we visited west runton many times but never this site, very friendly sraff, not in your face, it is a very large site to wgat we are used to, the fascilities are really good too

Its like 2 campsites, one end for kuds with the play area and the other for more couples or elderly, you can pick yourself where you want to be, just tell them later where you went, which i found a great idea

Disliked Honestly we were very happy with our stay, cant fault it but wifi and mobile signals are a bit iffy...

Local attractions

West Runton beach (25 minutes’ walk) is one of Norfolk’s quieter beaches, and it’s a great place for walking dogs and fossil hunting as well as paddling and picnics. The remarkably intact remains of a mammoth were found here in the early 1990s, and you can learn a bit about it at Cromer Museum. Cromer (10 minutes’ drive) is well worth visiting too, with a sandy beach, a small zoo and a historic pier. Sheringham (10 minutes) is another favourite, particularly during the annual 1940s Weekend in September, and there are boat trips to see the seals that live around Blakeney (25 minutes). Turning inland, have a heritage ride on the North Norfolk Railway (10 minutes), explore National Trust - Felbrigg Hall, Gardens & Estate (10 minutes) or take the kids to BeWILDerwood Norfolk (40 minutes). Handily, you can also reach Norwich in about an hour on the train from West Runton.
