What customers say
This is a well-maintained, clean, and friendly site with lovely rural surroundings. Popular with families, it offers spacious pitches, excellent washroom facilities, and attractions like fishing, a playground, and animals. The on-site café gets good reviews. Wi-Fi and phone signal are spotty. Some guests noted occasional noise and limited café/shop hours.

Good site just a few niggles
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Pitches level , view of the woods with bluebells looked ace..wash rooms was spotless.. there's a hub with a cafe and WiFi.. Great place to take children also as there's animals to see ..short walk away is the mason's arms which was brilliant, nice food and selection of drinks and reasonable prices.
Disliked Showers and the push button 😡 didn't have time to put gel on my hand before it turned off!....no phone signal which is said on the welcome pack.but as you leave the park it's full signal 🤔

Great site on site cafe and shop. Pubs near. Fishing superb.
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Good access to site. Went for the fishing which was brilliant as I had my grandson with me and he had a fantastic time. Lots of activity around the cafe area with animals and bouncy castle. Great venue.
Disliked Shower floors didn’t drain very well. Could do with a mat to stand on and more hooks for clothing but a minor issue.

Nice site, but the showers are painful, lack of internet / signal
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Good site with excellent fishing, toilets / showers are clean.
Area for caravans is at the back so you don't see the chaos at the cafe.
Laid back and let you have campfires.
Disliked - No internet on the caravan and touring pitches
- Phone signal is awful
- Showers are infuriating, they have a push action that gives you water for about 8 seconds, one of reasons we won't be returning.
- using a combination lock every time you need the toilet or shower

Liked Lovely quiet site, no phone or tv signal either (could also be a dislike for some, but the peace was nice). Clean and tidy. Welcoming staff and helpful wardens. Lovely views and cafe.
Disliked Entrance had a few potholes which was tricky with the caravan and also the entrance has a bridge to cross which was a little tight. I got my Swift Sprite 4eb over but anything wider would struggle.

Good clean site, lovely open countryside
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Peaceful (but we did go during the week whilst kids at school), nice countryside views, great fishing, lovely clean facilities, Wardens on site helpful. There are Llamas, Goats, Chickens ,Pigs and a reindeer and 3 rabbits on site
Disliked Rain! Rain! Rain! British weather can be a letdown but it was the beginning of Sept. Nothing to dislike about the site apart from the price of ice-cream in the cafe - £4.95 for 2 scoops so just under a tenner for a couple visiting...ouch!
