Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

• Firearms are not permitted.

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £10.00 ($17.12) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: £50.00 ($85.61) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £45.00 ($77.05) fee.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..

Sites

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The park will send you further check-in information -22 day(s) before your arrival.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 29/04 and 10/11.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8:30 p.m..

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of -18.00 GBP will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
