Liked: Just me and my 3 year old, great facilities for washing/toilets, lovely grounds including a lake which he loved. Ledbury had a great play park (lawn side) only ten minutes drive away as we popped in to look around and have lunch. Will definitely be back! Busy with other kids which was great for us, but perhaps less fun if you want a quiet wild nature sanctuary getaway…
Disliked: Nothing! Perfect campsite 👍

Camping pod (five person)
Liked: Fantastic location and beautiful setting. We were greeted by a lovely friendly woman who gave us all the information we needed. The pod was perfect for us as a family of four and we loved our experience staying here. lots of space for the kids so run and around and play games, pizza van with delicious pizzas saved us from cooking one night. fire pit provided for toasting marshmallows was brilliant. the views were lovely, we enjoyed wondering down to the swimming lake and had a dip, even though it was freezing. (the rubbish british summer time weather was to blame) we will be back for sure! Thank you

Liked: Site is gorgeous, it's quiet and clean
Disliked: Contacted them ahead of time to confirm dietary requirements for the Pizza Box, and when we arrived, we were told they don't in fact cater to that. They don't sell much food either so had to drive away to get something to eat, when they could have said from the start they can't accommodate our requirements and we would have been prepared.

From the manager: We've very sorry about your dietary requirements, and we did reply to your email, saying that they dont cater for these requirements, but for a vegan option in the past they have suggested that you bring your own cheese and they can pop this on the pizza base. They are a very small family run pizza trailer and they are looking at trying to cater for specialist dietary requirements, but currently don't guarantee they can help. There are other takeaway options available locally and some do deliver, I wish you had spoken to us or perhaps contacted us direct if you didnt see our email reply to you, and we could have given you other takeaways to try in the area.

Liked: Being allowed to swim in the pond. Friendly welcome. Neat site. Nice little walk around the ponds.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was very temperamental. I would be anxious about staying here if rain was bad. The pitches were all grass and at the bottom of a slope. I’d be worried about being stuck in the mud.
