• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

• Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £50.00 ($92.86) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Safety

• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the lock box instead.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
