Powered grass campsite

Liked: An absolutely stunning campsite, we would certainly return. We were welcomed by Joanne when we arrived. The pitches were beautifully maintained, the toilet block was spotless (it even had a baby changing area with a baby bath), there was recycling, a designated washing up area, showers, water disposal area and as we left, we even saw a wooden table tennis on one of the pitches. You were allocated your own area, which was divided up by trees, so it felt very secluded. Our favourite thing was that we would glance over to the hedge in front, and we would see an alpaca face pop up! This was one of the best sites we've stayed at, we would highly recommend it.

Disliked: Nothing.

#2 shepherd's hut (family)

Liked: The photographs don't do the shepherds hut justice, it was beautiful! Only had 2 nights to stay so we opted for the hut, camping pitches were great though will definitely come back. Shared facilities were immaculate. Rufus, the alpaca was super friendly and my children adored him. My children are almost 1 and 3 and the site felt so safe. There was even a baby bath and changing mat in the toilet.
