On-site accommodation

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £150.00 ($257.19) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 ($85.73) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
