Bell tent
Liked: We had a wonderful couple of days at The T Barn. The site is beautifully kept and in a breathtaking area of natural beauty.
It was so quiet and peaceful, we saw rabbits and red kites and heard so many birds. The bell tent was lovely and every detail had been thought of.
It was a lovely walk into the village, we had a drink in the pretty pub and visited the owners cute calves at the barn.
We cooked on the campfire and even my 2 teenagers loved being off grid! The showers were lovely and the compost loos were not a problem at all!
Close to so many lovely places, we will definitely be back! Dont forget a paper map (no phone reception!) and maybe a power bank so your phone is ready to use when you leave, and your camera! Thank you so much, we cant wait to return, 10 out of 10!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!

Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Stunning place. It was so peaceful. Very clean compost toilets and showers.
Disliked: One single track to campsite with no pull ins if a car was coming the other way, which would have been difficult when driving a campervan.

Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked: The location is remote, there is no signal and this allowed us to have a lovely break in-between jobs.
The showers were amazing too!
Disliked: The single track road, there are no passing points and we came across a car who kindly reversed all the way back to the campsite as it would have been difficult for us to do it in our motorhome.
