This campsite boasts stunning, peaceful views & a relaxed vibe. Staff are praised as friendly/helpful, & facilities are clean. Great for pub & trail access. Main con: uneven, sloping ground makes pitching tricky. Some noise noted, but management resolved it promptly.

Liked Nice Spot with a Great view.
Realy polite and helpful people.
We arrived later than planned, was no problem.
The toilets and Washbasins are rather rustic, nur everything was clean and good to use.
Disliked Only Dixies and no Showers (BUT as it was seen in the pictures).

Great price for beautiful view of the peaks.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Stunning views of the peak district, close to Buxton and a Pub within 15 mins walking distance. Camp owner very friendly and helpful on the phone when locating the campsite.
Disliked Very noisy at night, some campers not abiding to the noise rules after 10pm. Very busy during stay but was school holidays. Due to a lot of campers on site maybe more than 2 portaloos or a trailer toilet block?

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked We had a great stay here with our dog. The owner was always quick to respond. The location has beautiful views, it's close to a pub and there's plenty of hiking trails around. There are two toilets that were cleaned often.
Newlands farm is very calm. We did have some people playing music one evening, but the owner immediately put a stop to it. The rest of the time it was peaceful and calm.
Disliked Most spaces are on a slope, which is not very comfortable, but not a dealbreaker!

Excellent site with clean facilities, friendly staff
Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked You could pitch anywhere. Nice views. Site quietened down approximately 10pm but people were still up with fires burning. Friendly staff who kept their distance. Basic facilities but we don’t mind that. Two portaloo type toilets that were spotless.
