Wouldn’t go again. Lovely friendly staff though and nice toilet/shower
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Nice toilet/shower facilities
Friendly staff
Not a farm dealing with animals (important if your vegan)
Would of been peaceful if not for the farmer working till early hours
Disliked: When we turned up looked a bit dodgy, driving through the farm outbuildings and piles of stuff
Feel there could be a slightly more welcoming entrance
Was expensive for what it was, £20 a night for a tent in a field seems a bit much (only just started camping though so maybe this is standard)
Farmer working at 1am keeping us awake wasn’t too impressed
The view is electrical pylons on one side and the metal containers the other
Was pretty hard to find with the postcode and the what 3 words
Was ok for a night but wouldn’t come back

Excellent small quiet site, very clean, staff amazing and will return.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: The huge amount of space allowing you to pitch up where suited.
Amenities were basic but just what any camper needed. Fresh water, washing up facilities, clean and full toilet facilities (1 shower, 2 toilets) and a small area for toilet waste.
A nice additional unexpected extra was some outdoor toys that our children ranging from 1 to 14 enjoyed.

Very relaxing stay.
Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked: A wonderfully peaceful site the night we stayed. Very simple with just the basics - but the basics are fine - toilets and a good shower. The camping field has a beautiful row of trees along the edge and it was a very attractive place to stay.
Disliked: Part of a working farm and so the route to get to the site goes through a very unattractive area filled with machinery, containers and other stuff.

Safe, Clean Toilets, Friendly Hosts
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: Great communication from friendly owners - made it easy to find and set-up. Location really quiet and enough people there to feel safe but not overcrowded at all. Toilets and shower very clean and well-supplied. Very reasonably priced. Have to use code to enter site so felt safe. Was perfect for us. Also supplied toys for kids to use if you go as a family.
Disliked: Nothing!
