Penn Meadow Farm offers a chilled camping vibe with lovely views & friendly staff. Guests love the scenery, farm animals, and local pub. Facilities like showers & kitchen are usually good. Watch out for shower/toilet lineups during busy times & the bumpy access road. Site upgrades are coming!

Beautiful countryside minutes from London
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Great place. Lovely scenery, peaceful setting, lots of nice little touches with small kitchen on site, nice toilets, etc. Cracking pub a 5-10min walk away through the woods. Look forward to visiting again.
Disliked Big slopey field so might be tricky to get a level pitch if busy but nice and quiet when we visited so no problem at all.

Nice camping with good facilities, would return. Bring your own bbq
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Spacious, quiet, you can choose your own pitch, many amenities as showers, loos, kitchen and gas bbq.
Disliked The fire situation was not disclosed properly on my opinion. So here it's: they allow campfire so we didn't bring a bbq. But the fire should not be on the ground. They asked to be elevated. And they charge 10 pounds for the bbq plus 10 pounds deposit. They could have the bbq on a honesty basis at least. And the wood is 15 pounds for a bucket, maybe you can bring your own for a better price. I had the impression that they provided the wood and maybe that was my mistake. They also request people to not use wood from the woodland, but some guests were using and there is no one to check this.

The perfect place to celebrate being 60!
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked I always love camping at Penn Meadow Farm, which is why I chose to celebrate my 60th birthday here with friends. Frankie kept the campsite open for us especially and obliged in every possible way. We had a wonderful fire and the fairy lights were turned on for us. The proximity to the excellenr Royal Standard pub and delightful Bekonscot model village added variety. Everything went perfectly. Thanks so much Frankie and family for making the weekend so awesome.
Disliked Communication was a bit tricky at times, and for a while booking was accidentally closed. But it all turned out well in the end.
