Liked This is an absolute gem of a place, the cabin was beautiful as were the surroundings. I had a lovely peaceful evening in the hot tub before retiring into the super comfy bed. The owners are really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Disliked The 10 am checkout, I just wanted to stay!!!

From the manager: Thank you for leaving a very kind review! We appreciate the feedback. We understand that a 10:00am checkout can feel early, and we’d love to offer later checkouts if we could. However, as we are one of the few shepherd’s huts with a private hot tub that also accepts one-night stays, we only have a four-hour window to prepare everything for our next guests. In that time we have to thoroughly clean and disinfect the hut, change all the bedding, restock supplies, and completely empty, clean sterilise and refill the hot tub to ensure it is safe and ready to use. We often receive requests for both late checkouts and early check-ins, but unfortunately it’s simply not possible if we are to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our guests expect. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Liked I stayed here over the weekend with my Husband and we were very impressed. It's a small quiet site but with plenty of room between pitches and fabulous views all around. The showers were great as was the utility room. Mary the owner is lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and always willing to help. Diolch yn fawr Mary.

Liked The friendliness of owners Site location The Bell Tent All the added extras Cleanest camp facilities that I have come across. Absolutely loved our stay here. The tent was well equipt with treats, games and everything needed. Fab site. Would definitely return.
