Liked Excellent, quiet and comfortable camp site. Excellent hosts who were very helpful. Really liked staying there.

Disliked Very poor customer service. I appreciate that things must have been very difficult with the heath fire but we have had no direct communication with the camp site about our booking for well over a week now. In the end we had to cancel and make alternative arrangements. We spoke to customer service twice at Pitchup who promised to get back to us but never did. It remains to be seen whether we get a refund.
