Liked How easy it was to book via pitch up

Disliked The difficulty I have had with the campsite. I tried numerous times to reschedule a booking- admin fee not the problem. Each time I was told not available, not do able and to pay an extra £250 for a pod instead of camping. I had no luck with them and lost my booking and money. Pitch up did nothing to help either despite booking through them!
