Liked The activities for the children, aged 3 and 6, were very good, and the whole team were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to pass on a massive thank you to the following members of staff, who went above and beyond and helped make our holiday so special with our grandchildren: Teigan – Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Your help and kindness were greatly appreciated. Carly – Thank you for organising another night for us. We really appreciated your help. Hayleigh, Reception – You were so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Owen, Entertainment Manager – Thank you for all your help and for making our stay even more enjoyable. Sophie – What a little star! The grandchildren absolutely loved the inflatable jets, and it was such a memorable experience for them. Thank you so much. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to all of them. Their kindness, enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile really did make our holiday special, and we are very grateful.

Disliked The caravan we stayed in, no 19, was very tired and needed an overhaul or replaced. It was reasonably clean but I did have to buy bleach and clean the bathroom along with the kitchen equipment and crockery. The swimming was good but staffing was an issue as the children couldn’t use the slide for some of the session. We purchased the offer for 5 activities but the web site does not let you book online. Teigan helped us when we arrived but because we couldn’t book online there was a lot of events we wanted to attend which were full booked.
