Power optional gravel and sand site
Liked The site was friendly, lively and clean with a great pool and large restaurant and terrace. Walking distance to the town, bars, supermarkets and beach.
Disliked The washing up area is practically unusable. Only two sinks were working. It was beyond repair.

From the manager: Hello Mel. Thank you for your comment. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere of the campsite, the pool, the restaurant, and the proximity to all services. We’re sorry about the condition of the washing-up area during your stay. We’ll take note and review what happened to ensure it’s always in proper working order. We appreciate you pointing this out, as it helps us continue improving. Best regards, Elizabeth ;)

Powered grass caravan site (comfort)
Liked A busy site but well laid out with plenty of space between pitches. A great atmosphere down at the lake bar. The facilities were basic but clean.
Reception staff were very friendly
Disliked There had clearly been a recent problem with unruly teenagers which meant that the young children could only use the play equipment between very short hours. This was difficult to explain to a toddler.

Powered grass site
Liked A small, friendly site with ample facilities. We only stayed one night en route to Spain. A very relaxed and rustic affair. The facilities block in contrast was very modern and spotlessly clean.

Powered gravel motorhome site (no awning)
Liked Such a picture perfect site. Perfect with small children. A simple but fun play area, large field and an onsite pub. Easy walk into the local village too. Spotlessly clean all around the site.

16-amp powered grass caravan site
Liked Large, private pitch backing on to the calm river. The whole site was very pretty. The pool, bar and recreational area were all lively and super friendly. The toilets and showers were clean and quirky, the water was hot and powerful. A short walk bought you into the pretty village.
Disliked Nothing. I cannot see what there would be to dislike. A very family orientated, relaxed site.
