Liked Clean facilities. Lovely view from pitch. Nice play area for children. Location was good for what we wanted to do.
Disliked Lots of rules compared to other campsites, so felt less relaxed. No ball games, van must face a certain way etc.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Lauren. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you found our facilities clean, appreciated the sea views from your pitch, and that the play area and location suited your family. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our park rules. Our pitches are laid out so that each one has its own grassed area, and the parking orientation helps us maintain consistency, maximise space, and ensure every guest benefits from their allocated area and privacy. Whilst we do ask guests not to play loose ball games around the park, this is to help create a safe and peaceful environment for everyone and to prevent damage to caravans, motorhomes and vehicles. Families are very welcome, and our children's play area provides a dedicated space for younger guests to enjoy themselves. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Bron-Y-Wendon Holiday Park in the future.

Liked Great location for what we wanted to do in the area. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Toilet block close to pitches.
Disliked Shower/toilet block basic and not always clean. Could do with more space in shower cubicles so that I could help my 4yo shower.
Our pitch was also quite tight to reverse into based on proximity to opposite pitch.

From the manager: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Great to read that you approved of our location. Spring Bank was a particularly busy week due to the amazing weather but we apologise if you found the facilities below par on this occasion. They are checked morning and night and are deep cleaned in the middle of the day but I'm sure you'll understand that increased footfall makes it a real challenge to keep them at their best.

Liked Nice quiet site in the countryside. Suited us with its location. Brilliant for stargazing. Toilets and showers were clean enough. Nice play area for children.
Disliked As convenient as the self check in was, the site was not well sign posted to find a pitch. Customer service given 1 star as we didn’t meet anyone!
