Disliked Swimming pool was like a muggy colour bath of sweating people. Overcrowded massively. Dirty around restaurant and pool area Pitch on arrival - tree in the middle and bushes around full of bugs, flies and mosquitoes Showers always dirty and full of sand and stones Lots of dead leaves in piles around park Not easy accessible to bins No near shops

From the manager: Hi Vickie, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your stay didn't meet expectations. You visited in August, our busiest period, and the pool does get very full at peak times. We understand it wasn't the relaxed experience you were after, and we're reviewing how we manage capacity and supervision during these weeks. On the showers, we run several deep cleans daily, though in high season with sand coming in from the beach they need constant attention, and we'll keep working on it. Regarding the pitch, we can always help you find one that suits you better, our reception is happy to relocate guests when there's availability. The natural setting means some pitches have trees and greenery, which some guests love and others less so. As for the piles of leaves, those are actually part of our cleaning process: our team gathers them into heaps to collect them afterwards, so what you saw was work in progress rather than neglect. Liked Great pitch and the pond. Boys loved the pond and play area. Never been in the water for so long. Facilities was great to, showers lovely and full.

Disliked Having to pay extra to use the pond and sunbeds when we have already paid for the camping.
