Disliked Despite calling and emailing in advance to let you know we wouldn’t arrive before check-in closed, we still ended up having to sleep in the car park overnight. We checked in the following morning, and our car registration was entered into the system so the barrier would open for us. I’m unclear why this couldn’t have been done the previous evening, given that we had notified you of our late arrival
