We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and pleasant staff.

Shop was very handy and shower rooms modern!
Loved seeing children play and enjoy themselves around the site!

The pitch behind us were very rude and loud. (Not site related) but would have enjoyed our nights a lot more without screaming adults.

The facilities were good, an outdoor pool for families which was fairly warm. The park is of decent size and good for kids most ages. Clean toilets and the site itself was well maintained and the staff around the site were very friendly. Only 15 min drive from the local beaches and into Newquay although you can’t walk anywhere as the roads don’t have paths and very narrow. The pitches are fairly big compared to a lot of sites and allow gazebos within the area.

On arrival they charged £15 per tent as we asked to have a pitch near to our family members as we had two children under 2 so we wanted to be close together. This fee isn’t mentioned on booking when it asks if you want any special requests. The staff seemed quite rude about it on arrival, £45 extra they expected from us without giving us warning prior via email or other communication.

Shop well stocked but very expensive- although this was the normal for Newquay in general

Caravans arriving very late, dark hours (we had 3 together on our section at same time- came as a group) making lots of noise and flashlights shining constantly into our camper
Dogs barking for hours whilst owners off somewhere leaving them locked in caravans
Also owners not cleaning up after their dogs

5* shower blocks! Bingo and quiz! Friendly staff! Big pitches. Awesome park for kids. Beautiful site that’s well cared for. Family feel.

Games room could be improved a bit for rainy days. Nothing we disliked!

Could have a lifeguard on duty for the morning swim as it’s meant for quite time and there were kids playing with balls etc without parents

Facilities were exceptional, especially the new shower block. Site was lovely, clean and well maintained. Dog friendly with excellent dog walking area. The cafe, the bar and the pool are great to have onsite. The staff were lovely very friendly 😊.

Gorgeous place to stay, just a short drive from Newquay. Easy to navigate with excellent facilities, wouldn’t definitely stay again!

Lovely large pitch surrounded by hedge . Toilet/ showers absolutely spotless. All in all a beautiful family site which we hope to return to .

Excellent site. Location perfect, out of the way but only a short drive to Newquay. Facilities excellent, washrooms so clean and nice. Pool excellent!

Night lighting great, didn’t need a torch although could do with lights near bin areas.

Showers sometimes ran cold and would not warm up. This happened to me twice between 7-8am. Another guest mentioned it so was not just me.

Occasional noise from airport/RAF base, but we knew it was close when we booked.

A nice friendly site, with excellent modern bathroom and utility facilities. Cafe, bar, outdoor pool and play park are all great features and are well maintained. I’ve little shop selling the much needed essentials at reasonable prices.

Site site with minimal noise and in a peaceful location (even with it being close to the airport)

Close to Newquay and easy to drive to other coastal locations.

The shower valves literally last 5-seconds before having to press the button again - at least give me 20-seconds!!

Being charged full price for a Pint of Guinness, which was poured from a can, whilst the glass was sat on the Guinness pump.
