Shower rooms were the best part of staying with Treloy. They were exceptional I must say. Most shower rooms had a toilet within the room which was great! They also had family rooms and small baths for babies which was handy for my grandchildren.

How money grabbing Treloy was! Any extra pound they could get they would ask for. What annoyed me more than anything was the £15 charge for just asking for two tents to be next to one another.(that’s £15 per tent! What a laugh!!) also they say they are dog friendly but we could only take her to the bar! If you wanted food you had to sit outside with no shelter from rain! Only booked because everywhere else was booked up but certainly wouldn’t stay there again!

We like this place. Playground was closing at21 so everything was nice and quiet. In outdoor pool water was clean and warm. Toilets and showers was very clean.

Minus washing machine was 6£ and tumble dryer was4£ in my opinion a bit expensive and WiFi is 10£ per week this is way to expensive

Could not fault the place, where do I start? Check in was easy, map to follow to find the tent pitch was easy to read and finding the pitch was easy, tent pitch was a good size. First thing was to explore the site, toilets and shower facilities are amazing! I had a 6 month old baby and 18 month old with me. The separate baby bath area with baby change was fantastic, the fact there is a family room with a bath was just so much easier for my sisters 18 month old didn’t expect this at all. There are many family shower rooms, plus lots of showers with toilets/basin/mirror in the same cubicle (obviously split) but they were fantastic, they were kept as clean as they could, there were times they were messy but this can’t be managed 24/7 it’s not possible unfortunately some people don’t have respect. Laundry area is great with washing machines and dryers, iron available if needed. Washing up area is inside with plenty of sinks available very clean and tidy! Shop is very good, has a great selection of items that you would need, hot drinks and fresh cakes available from there too. Swimming pool isn’t massive but it’s warm and it’s got a little separated area that was fab for my baby to have a little splash in! Separate changing rooms for the swimming pool including baby change too! Bar was nice, didn’t manage to make it in there many nights due to having the little ones but did go in and it seemed reasonable very clean and tidy. Games room has table tennis and pool table. Play park for the kids is great does get quite busy and noisy around tea time but I can’t say there was any disturbance at all, I think all was quiet most nights by 11pm. Now for the first couple of nights we did a BBQ tradition for us when camping! But, due to the rain on the third day we decided to try the on-site cafe, well what can I say the food was FANTASTIC. Very reasonably priced, nothing exotic but for the price and quality we ended up eating in there for the rest of our stay even had breakfast twice too and it was just as good as evening meals. Specials board changes daily too. Only disappointment was not getting to try the pizza unfortunately they sell out very fast and the pizza oven can only cope with so much volume but never mind… next time :) I can’t really think of anything that was bad about this place and I’ve done a lot of camping if I’m being really picky maybe the showers push button could let the showers run a little longer than a few seconds. All in all an excellent stay and it is definitely a site that we will return to! Thank you, 5 Stars

Location was great. Good facilities, a very clean and well kept site.

The 5 second timer when using the showers is very frustrating. I understand that this may save water but it’s unacceptable

Facilities were excellent. Super clean.
Staff were fantastic - I can’t remember names but the guy who hosted bingo was great. And a blonde lady who did check in and bar work was great!

The only complaint I have is that dogs should be kept on a smaller leash around their tents as my little girl stood in dog poo from our neighbours (we had a water tap inbetween our pitch) and the dog pooed on our power lead and around our tent. Not the sites fault but maybe the short leash could be implemented

Very chilled atmosphere, lovely staff, great little shop, best washrooms I've seen on a campsite, nice pool, really generous sized pitches - so even in peak season it didn't feel busy. Good central location for many Cornish attractions.

The weather! Not that Treloy could do much about that.

The site was spotlessly clean , best shower blocks I have ever seen and all of the facilities were second to none - will definitely be back
