Good site with pub to have good food and drinks.

Nothing ,, didn’t use any of faculties just hooked up for the night

We stayed at the Thames Head Inn for two nights and in all honesty, we weren't sure what to expect.
We arrived in our 7.4M motorhome and popped into the bar to ask about accessing the site.
We were shown to our pitch personnlally by the staff who were super friendly.
And the little site...is nothing short of a gem!
Each pitch is a good size and very clean and the grass areas were mown while we were there. It looks fabulous.
We also found the cost very reasonable, too.
It's an ideal.spot from which to walk to the source of the Thames and follow the footpath to where the river actually starts.

Should we be in the area again, we will definitely return. Fabulous!

Lovely staff, lovely pub. Great variety of food.

Only one shabby toilet and shower which is in need of upgrading. A little noisy, due to train line behind pub and road noise.

Friendly staff, good beer in the pub, quiet site (apart from the road noise, but that can't be helped). Location is perfect for walks along the Thames and into Cirencester.

Could do with another shower and/or toilet.

The pub itself is nice and the good was good.

There is only one toilet and shower which is shared by the whole site.
The road is extremely noisy and there is a train track that runs directly adjacent which is also really noisy.

Well kept site. Felt fit the price, it was bang on and could walk straight out the back to the Thames path and onto Kemble. Perfect. Beware of the train track when walking with kids or dog!

Road traffic noise. On main road.. Can’t be helped at all but pitch 1 where we were was infested with insects esp green fly. Ironically, probably caused by best thing about our pitch; the back sycamore tree it sat under

The site was perfect, quiet, tranquil and relaxing.
The pub was beautiful, inside and out. Food was fabulous! Top marks all round. Would stay here again for sure.

Shower room ideally could do with a curtain to pull across the frosted glass window. Felt a little awkward to have a shower but no other issues while we were there.
