Liked: This is the most friendly and brilliant site. Great views and such good people. After our car broke down Jason and his team were brilliant, helpful and just decent people. We felt really looked after. The site has everything we needed with such peace and quiet. Loved it.

Liked: Amazing campsite, a quiet retreat, the owners are very friendly and accomodating. Great for children as there is a lot of space for play and the farm animals are a real treat. We had such a good time here.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay (even though it poured with rain ) lovely peaceful site .very helpful owner & staff .Easy access to site & very handy for Dorchester. If the weather had been better it would have been lovely to sit near the lake .We will be returning .

Could do with updating but it is what it is and would re visit. Well stocked tackle & bait shop,on site.
I am a bit confused on this one or if you have mixed us with someone else you stayed with. You were only booked for one night and stayed for your full time you were booked with us yet say left early??? I chatted with you in person while here that i try and make it my mission to talk to everyone who stays with us and all was happy. Yes like most sites we have struggled to the extreme with the wet weather last few weeks and its official wettest March in 40 years and rain not stopped before and after easter and we are not up to the standard we like to be in full season yet in we have been unable to keep the field mowed yet as unable to get on it but Otherwise Toilet block all freshly repainted this winter and showers all on and working hookups working, fresh water and the fishing has been really good the last few weeks. In a nutshell that is OUR facilities we advertise nothing less nothing more . We do not say we have onsite bars and entertainment we are just a quiet ex-farm site as been remarked on in hundreds of other reviews and unable to help the weather. But as said above your booking was just for one night and you were here for the full length of your booking!?!?!?
